1) Remove the protective cover on both sides of the flange, rinse and clean the valve completely open.
2) Before installation should be in accordance with the specified signal (electricity or gas) for the whole machine test (to prevent the vibration of the transport caused by the use of performance), qualified before the line installation (wiring according to the electric actuator circuit map).
3) Rinse and remove any remaining impurities in the clean piping (these substances may damage the seat and the ball) before you are ready to connect to the pipe.
4) During installation, please do not use the valve actuator part as lifting point to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories.
5) This type of valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipe.
6) The pipe near the installation point may not be lowered or subjected to external forces, you can use the pipe support or support to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.
7) After connecting with the pipe, use the specified torque to cross-tighten the flange connection bolts.
